Our season runs from mid-April through December, and our crew gathers at St. Laurent Shopping Centre.

Construction Team Member Duties
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Planting shrubs and trees
- Adding garden soil, mulch and riverwash stone to new and existing landscapes
- Pruning shrubs, cedar hedges and small trees
- Sodding and grading of sites
- Working with interlocking stone and flagstone
- Assist with landscape construction
Gardening Team Member Duties
- Spring and fall cleanup of gardens
- Planting shrubs, perennials, and annuals in new and existing gardens
- Maintaining flowerbeds; weeding, cultivating, and deadheading
- Removing dead and damaged leaf tissue
- Pruning of shrubs
- Garden bed rejuvenation
- Using a variety of gardening and power tools
Lawn Maintenance Team Member Duties
- Spring and fall cleanup of lawns
- Mowing residential and commercial properties
- Fertilizing and aerating lawns
- Operating machinery such as zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, blowers, grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, and power brooms
Gardening Team Leader Duties
- Manage a team of 2 to 3 gardeners to create and maintain high-end landscapes
- Perform duties of spring and fall cleanups
- Garden maintenance including weeding, cultivating, and pruning shrubs
- Aid in the design of new gardens and select appropriate plant materials for garden beds
- Plant flowers, perennials, and shrubs
- Provide guidance and recommendations on plant care
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients
- Promote team safety
